Return policy
Please make sure you are referring to product descriptions before placing your order. We do have a 7 day return policy on items that are new and in the same condition as sent. In this instance the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund for returns that are at no fault to Bubs Embroidery. However if an item is damaged or defective due to Bubs Embroidery please email us to see options that may include a refund.
We are not liable for the packages once they are shipped and no longer in our possession.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the first 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items names, dates, birth months etc.), gift cards, and sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Personalized embroidery with baby clothes
Baby clothes need to be brought in a timely manner to ensure your tat does not get pushed back. Tat starts once’s I receive the baby clothes/items. If baby clothes are not brought within 3 months of your purchase date your order will be CANCELED with NO REFUND.
